AGL Resources (NYSE: AGL) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, $1.76 annualized.
The dividend will be paid December 1, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 19, 2010. The ex-dividend date is November 17, 2010.
