TAL International (TAL) Posts Q3 adj.-EPS of $0.60, Tops by 9c; Increases Quarterly Dividend 14.3% to $0.40, Yields 6.4%

TAL International Group, Inc. (TAL) reports Q3 adjustd EPS of $0.60, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter was $95.80 million, which compares to the estimate of $94.77 million. TAL’s Board of Directors has approved and declared a $0.40 per share quarterly cash dividend, $1.60 annualized. The dividend is a 14.3% increase over the current rate of $0.35.
