Willis Group (WSH) Posts Q3 adj.-EPS of $0.37, Tops by 6c; Declares $0.26 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield
Willis Group (NYSE: WSH) reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.37, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter was $733 million, which compares to the estimate of $736.20 million.
The Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s ordinary shares of $0.26 per share, $1.04 annualized.
The dividend is payable on January 14, 2011 to shareholders of record at December 31, 2010. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2010.
