RPM Int'l (RPM) Increases Quarterly Dividend 2.4% to $0.21; Yields 4.1%
RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM) today announced at its annual meeting of stockholders that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, $0.84 annualized. The dividend is a 2.4% increase from the previous annualized rate of $0.82.
The dividend is payable on October 29, 2010, to stockholders of record as of October 18, 2010. The ex-dividend date is October 14, 2010.
