DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (NYSE: DFT) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share, $0.48 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 8, 2010 to shareholders of record as of September 28, 2010. The ex-dividend date is September 24, 2010.
