In our September 26th research report on CenturyLink (CTL), we compared this rural telecom titan against its closest rival Windstream (WIN) based on previous strategic deals these companies struck with Verizon Communications (VZ) as well as each firm's cloud computing operations and the dividend yield and payout ratios for each company.
