MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MFA) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. The dividend is a 20.8% reduction from the prior rate of $0.92.
The dividend will be paid on July 30, 2010 to stockholders of record on July 12, 2010. The ex-dividend date is July 8, 2010. The ex-dividend date is July 6, 2010.
