Steel Dynamics (STLD) Issues Q3 EPS Outlook Following Several Adjustments; Declares 7.5c/Share Qtr. Dividend

Steel Dynamics (Nasdaq: STLD) sees Q3 EPS of 5-10c, vs. the consensus of 21c. The company said its quarterly results will be hurt by Mesabi nugget of about 4c/share, a 2c/share tax adjustment and a charge on its railroad operations totaling about 1c/share.
