Colony Financial (CLNY) Increases Quarterly Dividend 19% to $0.25, Yields 5.5%
Colony Financial, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share, $1.00 annualized. The dividend is a 19% increase over the prior quarterly rate of $0.21.
The dividend will be paid on October 14, 2010, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2010. The ex-dividend date is September 28, 2010.
