Williams Controls (WMCO) Declares $1.00 Cash Dividend

Williams Controls, Inc. (Nasdaq: WMCO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $1.00 per share on the Company's outstanding common shares, payable on July 28, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 14, 2010. The ex-dividend date is July 12, 2010. The Company has not yet determined whether, or to what extent, this distribution would be taxable as a dividend or be treated as a return of capital....
