Electro Rent Corporation (Nasdaq: ELRC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, $0.60 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on October 8, 2010 to shareholders of record as of September 20, 2010. The ex-dividend date is September 16, 2010.
