First Mercury Financial Corporation (NYSE: FMR) announced today that on August 19, 2010 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share, $0.10 annualized.
The dividend is to be paid September 30, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2010. The ex-dividend date is September 13, 2010.
