Ruddick Corporation (NYSE: RDK) today reported that its Board of Directors, at a regularly scheduled meeting, declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share, $0.48 annualized.
The dividend is to be paid on October 1, 2010, to shareholders of record on September 10, 2010. The ex-dividend date is September 8, 2010.
