Huntington Bancshares Incorporated Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Its Series A and B Preferred Stocks

Huntington Bancshares Incorporated announced that the board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 8.50% Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock (Nasdaq: HBANP) of $21.25 per share. The dividend is payable April 16, 2012, to shareholders of record on April 1, 2012.
